- Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.
- No processing fee is charged on deposits.

5. Withdrawal Policy
The withdrawal process at bat jill is fully transparent and reliable. Please ensure the following conditions are met before submitting a withdrawal request:
- Your KYC verification must be completed.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Bat jill's bonuses and promotional offers are exclusive benefits for members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:
6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Validity Period
Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once, using duplicate accounts to collect bonuses, or any other form of bonus abuse will be considered a violation of these terms, and the account(s) involved will be closed.
- Each promotional offer may only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
- Bat jill reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Separate terms apply to winnings from progressive jackpot bonuses.
7. Gaming Rules
All games on bat jill are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures that every game outcome is completely random and not predetermined.
- Slots: Each spin result is independent and is not influenced by any previous spin.
- Live Casino: If a live dealer game is cancelled due to an error or technical issue, all bets will be refunded.
- Sports Betting: If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bat jill's established policy.
- Lottery: Lottery draws are conducted via live video. Draw results are final and cannot be changed.

8. Responsible Gaming

- Creating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
- Holding multiple accounts under the same person's name.

- Manipulating or abusing any bonus offer.
- Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through bat jill.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
Members may close their account at any time. Before doing so, please withdraw any eligible balance remaining in your account.
